Standard Warranty
Every new eMachines Desktop is protected by a standard One-Year Limited Warranty (pdf) from date of purchase. The standard one-year limited warranty
offers:

With your permission, our representatives can view and take control of your computer, check your system parameters and provide you with Web pages to resolve your technical issues.

Extended Service Plan (ESP)
Extended limited warranties and product replacement plans are no longer available through eMachines. Our products come with a 1-year standard limited warranty. Customers may visit the websites of our select retailers, listed on our Where to Buy page, for information on any extended limited warranties or product replacement plans offered by those retailers. ESP Terms and Conditions - Arizona, California, Wisconsin ESP Terms and Conditions - Florida ESP Terms and Conditions - Nevada ESP Terms and Conditions - Canada Limited warranties and service agreements apply. Service agreements are issued and performed by third parties. May not be available in all locations. Phone charges may apply for tech support.
